This offer is addressed to legally capable individuals, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities using https://formatello.com. Website use, file upload, registration, credit debit or payment means acceptance of this offer.

The Russian legal details of the operator are authoritative. This English version is provided for international users and should be read together with the Russian version where mandatory law requires it.

1. Terms

Provider means Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Sergeevich Grishechko.

Customer means a person using Formatello.com to upload, process, pay for and download conversion results.

Service means the Formatello.com website, API and related software components that accept files, determine processing parameters, convert files and provide results.

Services mean automated online conversion of video, audio, image and other supported files into the selected output format.

2. Subject

The Provider undertakes to provide automated file processing and conversion services, and the Customer undertakes to follow the upload, payment and result-use rules.

Supported formats, limits, conversion routes, prices and credit-debit conditions are published on the website and may differ by file type.

The Service is not backup storage, legal review, copyright clearance or damaged-data recovery. The Customer must keep their own copy of the source file.

3. Price and payments

When paid processing applies, the price is shown before payment or credit debit after technical file analysis.

Payment may be made by bank card, electronic payment methods, a payment provider checkout or by buying and debiting Formatello.com credits.

RUB payments are processed through Robokassa. USD and EUR payments for the international contour are processed through Lava.top. The payment provider may apply its own rules, fees, interfaces, verification requirements and documents.

The Provider does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or similar payment credentials. Payment is confirmed only by a server-side notification from the payment provider.

The Provider is not a VAT payer unless a bill, receipt or payment document explicitly states otherwise.

4. Service delivery

The Customer uploads a file, selects the conversion route, confirms processing parameters and, if required, pays for the order or debits credits.

After payment confirmation or credit debit, the job is queued for processing. Completion time depends on file size, format, duration, current queue and technical availability of converters.

The result is provided as a file or download link. Source uploads are deleted after 24 hours; results are normally available for 7 days unless another period is stated on the page or in the data retention policy.

The Customer understands that conversion may change quality, file size, metadata, transparency, codec, color profile or compatibility with third-party software.

5. Refunds and claims

Credit and money refunds are governed by the Formatello.com Refund Policy and mandatory rules of applicable law.

If a paid conversion is not completed because of a technical issue on the Service side, Formatello.com refunds credits automatically when possible or reviews a money refund through the payment provider.

The Customer may submit a reasoned claim about result quality or availability within 7 calendar days after the result is provided or an error occurs.

6. Confidentiality and personal data

The Provider processes files, email, technical data, payment events and related information under the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Consent and Data Retention Policy.

If the Customer uploads files containing personal data of third parties, the Customer confirms that they have a lawful basis to provide that data and instruct processing.

Materials are not used to train machine-learning models of the Provider or third parties without separate consent unless such processing is required to perform the user-selected conversion.

7. Liability

• The Provider is responsible for providing the services in good faith and following the published service terms.
• The Customer is responsible for the legality of uploaded files, rights to process them and accuracy of selected settings.
• The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss after retention expiry or inability to use the result in a specific third-party application.
• The parties are released from liability for force majeure, communication failures, actions of public authorities and other events outside reasonable control.

8. Disputes, changes and term

Disagreements are resolved by negotiation and written claims. A response to a claim is sent within a reasonable period, usually up to 10 business days.

If a dispute is not settled by negotiation, it is considered at the place of the Provider's state registration unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

This offer is effective from publication on the website until revoked or replaced. The Provider may change the offer by publishing the current version on the website.
