Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data Formatello.com needs for upload, payment, processing and result download.
Updated: May 20, 2026
Data we process
- uploaded source files and generated results;
- technical file details: name, size, MIME type, format, duration, resolution and calculated quote;
- email, login codes, job statuses, event history and download links;
- payment identifiers, amounts, statuses and callback events from the payment provider;
- technical logs, IP addresses, analytics consent data and aggregated usage events.
File retention
Original uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Results remain available for download for 7 days.
After 7 days, a job may move to an archived state and the result file becomes unavailable or is deleted. Minimal job records may remain for accounting, security, support and payment disputes.
Email is needed for passwordless login, restoring access to jobs, sending codes, result links, processing errors and payment notifications.
Transactional email is sent through UniSender Go from the Formatello.com domain. Login codes, payment secrets and signed links should not be exposed in public logs or analytics.
Payment data
Robokassa processes payments. Formatello.com stores only the data needed to connect a payment to a job: order identifiers, amount, status and server confirmation events.
Formatello.com does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or similar payment credentials.
Cookies and analytics
The site may store technical cookies or local storage values for language, analytics consent, session, upload state and safe interface behavior.
Analytics is used to understand uploads, errors and conversion flow without reading file contents. Optional analytics is enabled only after consent when the interface asks for it.
Account and data deletion
A user may request account and related data deletion through the available support channel or account interface once published.
After a request, Formatello.com deletes or anonymizes data that is no longer needed. Some records may remain when required for payment accounting, security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
