Personal Data Processing Consent

1. Who processes data

The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Sergeevich Grishechko, INN 550 407 078 302, OGRNIP 312 554 328 400 091.

2. What the user consents to

The user freely and knowingly gives the Operator consent to process personal data under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated July 27, 2006. The consent covers processing with and without automated means.

3. Data processed

• identification and contact data: email address, name or other data the user provides in an account or support request;
• login and security data: login codes, session tokens, IP address, device and browser information;
• payment data: amount, currency, status, order, payment provider and balance identifiers; full card details are not stored;
• user content: uploaded files, source materials, conversion results, file names and technical details;
• voice, face image, documents or other personal data if they are present in the uploaded file;
• technical and analytics data: logs, error events, cookies, traffic sources and aggregated statistics.

4. Purposes

• providing Formatello.com services: upload, check, payment, queuing, conversion and result download;
• user identification and authentication, account, credit balance and job history management;
• support, processing status notices, payment notices and replies to requests;
• security, abuse prevention, error diagnostics and legal compliance;
• service improvement using anonymized and aggregated analytics;
• marketing messages only with separate consent.

5. Processing operations

The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer, provide access to, anonymize, block, delete and destroy personal data to the extent needed for the stated purposes.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with contractors and providers: hosting, file storage and processing infrastructure, Robokassa and Lava.top payment providers, transactional email, analytics, monitoring and support services.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary for service delivery, payment processing, security, accounting, refunds or legal compliance.

For USD and EUR payments, Lava.top may process data on its side under its own documents and verification requirements.

7. Cross-border transfer

In some cases payment, technical or infrastructure processing may occur outside the Russian Federation. The user consents to such transfer when it is necessary for payment, conversion, result delivery, security or support.

8. Term and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, the account is deleted, mandatory retention periods expire or the user withdraws consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing info@conspecto.ru with the subject line Personal Data Processing Consent Withdrawal. After withdrawal, features that cannot work without data processing may become unavailable.

9. Third-party data in files

If the user uploads files containing personal data of other people, the user confirms that they have a lawful basis to provide that data for automated processing. For such content, Formatello.com acts within the user's instruction and the published policies.

10. How consent is confirmed

Consent is considered given when the user ticks a consent checkbox, registers, logs into an account, uploads a file, starts conversion, pays for a service, debits credits or continues using service features after a link to this consent is shown.

By continuing to use Formatello.com, the user confirms that they have read this document, understand it, agree to data processing in the stated scope and know how to withdraw consent.
